Team Building

Just had some team building yesterday. It was even worse that expected. I work in a hospital ffs, but I was nonetheless shown a video of some charlatan encouraging me to develop my own 'brand'. I am sure the patients will benefit once I have monetized my effing "thought ideas". (Apparently it is possible to have ideas that are thought-less...) Strewth, commodification of your own identity! What will these nutjobs think of next?
